Cancellation Policy

STANDARD RATE

Cancellation period: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any changes to your booking must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to your arrival date to avoid penalties.
After the cancellation period, the whole reservation becomes fully non-refundable. Such cancellation charge is to compensate the hotel for the late cancellation and is not for any service. If you cancel within 2 days (48 hours) of your arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 1 night's stay will be charged and is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the 1st night’s stay will be charged and is non-refundable. This policy applies to standard room only rate bookings and may vary for special promotions or non-refundable rates.

For the avoidance of doubt, the room(s) cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded after the cancellation period (including any “no shows”),

You can amend a booking if it is 2 days (48 hours) or more before the check in date and the following will apply:
(i) The amended booking is on a like for like basis (same rate type, same number of rooms and type of rooms and the same stay duration);
(ii) If the total value of the new stay is less than the original booking pre-payment, any difference is forfeited.
(iii) If the total value of the new stay is more than the original booking pre-payment, the remaining balance is payable and payment in full is required at the time of amendment.
(iv) The booking can only be amended once and cannot be more than 6 months after the original booking date of arrival (eg If the original booking date of arrival was 1st January 2024, then the amended booking must be before 31st June 2024.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

Reservations made under the non-refundable rate plan are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Once the booking is confirmed, the full amount of the stay will be charged to the card details provided, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances. The total amount for the stay, including taxes and applicable fees, will be charged at the time of booking. No partial or full refunds will be given for changes, cancellations, or no-shows. Changes to reservation dates, length of stay, or guest details are not permitted this non-refundable rate. Any modifications may result in a new reservation at the current rates, subject to availability. In the event of a no-show, the entire stay amount will be forfeited, and the room will be released for the remainder of the reservation period. This non-refundable policy applies even in cases of Personal emergencies (health, family, etc.), travel restrictions or flight cancellations, weather conditions. In exceptional cases, at our discretion, a credit may be provided for a future stay.
